The warming wheat grains are positioned all around your foot and are enclosed in a cozy soft fleece inside & out. The elasticated band above the ankle helps keep your microwave boots in the correct position while keeping out any offending cold draughts. The fleece above the elasticated ankle can be rolled up or down to your preference. The soles are constructed of hi-grip material for your safety.
